At Paola's Bakery we do not offer any refunds or exchanges once orders have been delivered or picked up. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how they are transported in the case of pickup, sales are final. Please know that we strive to provide you with the best quality products that exceed expectations.
